We sell digital products, including Procreate brushes, templates, stamps, poses, and other downloadable fashion illustration assets. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your digital product, contact us within 30 days of your purchase at procreatefashionartist@hotmail.com and we will review your request.

Refunds may be approved when:

  • the product is not as described;
  • you purchased the wrong item by mistake;
  • you made a duplicate purchase;
  • you are unable to access or use the files after contacting us for support;
  • there is a technical issue with the product that we cannot resolve.

Refunds may be refused when:

  • the request is made more than 30 days after purchase;
  • the product has been downloaded and used extensively;
  • the request appears abusive or fraudulent;
  • the issue is caused by unsupported software, unsupported devices, or failure to follow the product instructions.

Digital Download Access

After purchase, digital products are delivered by download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method. Please make sure that your email address is correct at checkout.

Compatibility

Our products are designed for use with Procreate unless stated otherwise on the product page. Procreate, iPad, and Apple Pencil are not included with your purchase.

EU and UK Customers

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, this right may be lost once you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once access or download begins, where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily in addition to your statutory rights.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at procreatefashionartist@hotmail.com with:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • the product purchased;
  • a short explanation of the issue.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
