We sell digital products for fashion illustration and design workflows, including Procreate brushes, templates, stamps, poses, and related digital assets.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise.

Product images, previews, and examples are for demonstration purposes. Results may vary depending on your skill level, device, software version, and workflow.

  1. Compatibility

Our products are designed for Procreate unless stated otherwise. Procreate, iPad, Apple Pencil, and other third-party software or hardware are not included.

You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchasing.

  1. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time without notice. Payment must be completed before digital access is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.

  1. Digital Delivery

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital files by download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you do not receive your files, contact us at procreatefashionartist@hotmail.com.

  1. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from Procreate Fashion Artist, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You may:

  • use the products for personal projects;
  • use the products to create your own fashion illustrations, designs, portfolios, client presentations, and commercial artwork;
  • sell or publish finished artwork created using the products, provided the original digital files are not shared, resold, copied, or redistributed.

You may not:

  • resell, share, upload, give away, or redistribute the original digital files;
  • claim the files as your own;
  • include the files in another product, bundle, template pack, brush pack, or digital asset library;
  • sell, license, or distribute modified versions of the original files;
  • use the files in a way that allows third parties to extract or download them.
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, product files, product names, images, graphics, previews, copy, and digital assets are owned by Procreate Fashion Artist or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

  1. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We may also use third-party services for payments, analytics, email delivery, advertising, digital downloads, and customer support.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes caused by third-party services.
